Yoga and Meditation Practice

Due to the current pandemic I only offer Live stream yoga classes

Hatha Yoga  (Gentle for everyone) this class is for everyone needs a basic stretch to improve flexibility and range of motion. Holding pose with assisted stretch to deepen the practice. Assist with the healing process of muscle pain. Calms and relaxes body and mind through breath practices. 

*Classes are every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

Restorative Yoga -  the practice starts with a guided meditation while in the stillness of Supported Reclining pose. Most yogis know this as Yoga lazy boy chair, in this pose your nervous system give way into a quite space. Perform in the mat, slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. The pose is supported with props like blocks, bolster, blankets and chairs. The props create a gentle and mild stretch in your body and hold poses longer with ease. The whole practice allows the body and mind to relax deeply.

 Yin and Chakra Whole Being Health Yoga Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle, transformative and meditative style of yoga. The asana (posture) are held for longer period through passive and supported stretches. The practice will focus on 7 main chakras. You will be guided with supported poses that will allow greater access and energy flow through each chakra energy center. This is a self love, self discovery and self awareness practice. 

*Classes are every Thursday at 11:45 am to 12:45 pm

Chair Yoga this practice is guided with meditation at beginning of the class. Practice yoga seated on the chair and using chair to support the asanas (posture). Regular practice of chair yoga improves range of motion, flexibility, strength and balance. it also helps alleviate pains from muscle tension or tightness.

*Classes every Wednesday at 11:45 to 12:45 p.m

Drumming Circle will resume by Fall 2020

Let’s gather to create a circle of sacred and safe space. We will use djembe drums and other percussion instruments to explore, enjoy, and play! Come express yourself and share your authentic self in the present moment through the rhythms we manifest together! As we gather in this communal practice, we will create and build a connection, belonging and unity.

Once a month Healing Dance Journey

are currently live stream classes

We use dance as a healing journey. We will dance in a circle to create a sacred and safe space and allow the collective energy to radiate and connect us. I will guide you through simple steps and create a non judgmental space to achieve your movement meditation with peace and calmness.

This event is for everyone previous experience in dance is not necessary. Bring an open heart and open mind in this practice and you will experience joy, peace, healing and sense of community.
